You are structured and detail‑oriented, able to work independently while collaborating effectively across diverse teams. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPortfolio Project Management Enablement ul liAct as a trusted PMO partner to Tech stakeholders, providing visibility, insights, and analysis to support informed decision‑making. /li liEnable effective execution of portfolio initiatives by ensuring adherence to quality standards and governance requirements. /li liSupport ongoing project and portfolio activities, including budget and resource planning and fiscal year opening and closing. /li liEnsure the Project Management Methodology Practices are correctly and consistently applied. /li liKeep financial information up to date in the PMO tools. /li liPerform quality reviews, provide guidance to project teams, and contribute to portfolio reporting. /li liCreate, maintain, and evolve project and product templates guidance materials. /li liSupport PMO communications, training, and adoption of processes, tools, and ways of working. /li liProactively identify and drive continuous improvements across PMO processes, tools, and governance. /li /ul /li liPM as a Service ul liCoordinate and oversee a pool of external Project Managers, ensuring alignment to PMO governance, delivery standards, and reporting expectations. /li liAct as the primary PMO point of contact for external PMs, supporting onboarding and alignment to methodologies and tools. /li liMonitor delivery quality across externally managed projects, escalating risks and issues as needed. /li /ul /li liPMO Support / Project Services ul liMaintain and update project/program plans, ensuring deliverables are tracked against time, cost, quality, scope and other criteria. /li liSupport scope definition and requirements capture of the project/program. /li liCoordinate project resources onboarding (internal teams or vendors) and brief new resources on project management practices, governance, and available tools. /li /ul /li liTooling ul liAdminister Project Online, OnePlan, SharePoint, and Teams. /li liEnsure data quality, conduct health checks, and follow up with stakeholders. /li liSupport tool enhancements and vendor interactions. /li /ul /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liHands‑on experience with project governance, methodologies, standards, tools, and templates. /li liExperience in a project management or PMO role, ideally supporting technology programs and projects. /li liRequired knowledge and practical experience across Waterfall and Agile delivery models. /li liProject Management qualifications or certifications preferred. /li liStrong familiarity with project management and portfolio management tools such as Project Online and OnePlan. /li liStrong knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint; SAP knowledge is a plus. /li liProficient English communication skills, both written and verbal (Spanish a plus). /li liMaster’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, IT, or related fields. /li liExperience working in a global organization with geographically dispersed teams. /li /ul h3Personal Qualities /h3 ul liBelonging: Create a culture of belonging where people feel appreciated and can grow. /li liSelf‑Awareness: High levels of self‑awareness, reflective, understanding strengths and impacts on others. /li liPeople Agility: Understand and relate to people, navigating tough situations to multiply collective performance. /li liResults Agility: Consistent delivery of results, inspiring teams and building confidence. /li liMental Agility: Think critically, penetrate complex problems, expand possibilities, and bring creativity. /li liChange Agility: Curiosity, experimentation, and effective handling of change; growth mindset. /li liExcellent communication skills. /li liEngage effectively with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders. /li liStrong collaboration and teamwork skills. /li liStructured and detail‑oriented, focusing on quality and accuracy. /li liComfortable operating in ambiguous and changing environments. /li liWork independently with minimum supervision, manage competing priorities, and maintain high organization. /li liAgile learner, open to change and continuous improvement, proactively improving processes, tools, and ways of working. /li /ul pDisclaimer: Bacardi seeks talent from all backgrounds to bring diversity of thought, agility and capability to our organization across the globe.
