About Operations Having many products and countries, we need to make sure everything runs smoothly. As the operation team, we help supervise operations across Fever teams and identify and prioritize needs. About the Role Participate in different company‑wide projects focused on improving a specific area of the business. Have the opportunity to lead a project, ensuring it reaches the defined goals, objectives, and timelines. Lead the necessary analysis for the completion of multiple projects, identifying the best solutions in each scenario taking into account different factors such as client satisfaction, cost control and profitability. Lead projects that involve coordination with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Design processes, workflows, and tools from scratch when needed. Problem solving in ambiguous environments. Break down complex, undefined problems into actionable plans. Identify areas of improvement and work on the continuous improvement strategy and processes across all areas of the business, especially in logistics and operations areas. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and deliverables. Key Responsibilities End‑to‑end ownership: own projects from early planning stages through execution. Team leadership: lead other team members to ensure high performance, safety, and alignment with company goals. Operational excellence: enforce and optimize Fever’s internal operational processes to maintain high standards of efficiency and quality. Global inventory management: manage the operational control and functionality of the ERP system, centralizing Fever's inventory to guarantee efficient control, seamless operations, and maintenance, while tracking its financial value to the company. Drive inventory efficiency and proactive management: maximize inventory usage across multiple events to drive synergies, reduce dead stock, and proactively address future needs. Predictive inventory forecasting analysis: develop predictive inventory forecasting analysis and frameworks driven by forward‑looking business insights, ensuring support to events. Performance metrics: define, track, and report on key performance indicators related to inventory value, utilization rate and operational efficiency. Stakeholder management: serve as the primary point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders regarding their stored inventory and logistics needs. Continuous improvement: standardize inventory management and inventory ERP processes and implement scalability strategies to support Fever's rapid growth. About You Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related). Having previous experience in logistics, operations, or distribution is highly valued. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or related fields. Language: fluent in Spanish and English. Inventory management experience and skills. Technical skills: experience in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization. Experience with ERP systems or logistics management software is highly valued. Strong leadership skills: comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams and building strong relationships with the business units we support. Experience managing unique and complex situations in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment is necessary. Team management: experience managing and leading teams. You embrace change and create it!
