This is a bpermanent full‑time role /b with a unique long‑term career path. During commissioning you’ll become fully trained and competent on our advanced FAWEMA packing equipment before transitioning into a permanent Warehouse Operator role as the site moves into steady‑state operations. Your packing rate of pay will be retained following the transition. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOperating and monitoring automated bagging and packing line equipment (during commissioning) /li liConducting quality and weight checks to ensure product meets specification /li liResponding to line alarms and minor faults, escalating when needed /li liKeeping accurate production and downtime records /li liCross‑training in warehouse operations alongside your packing duties /li /ul h3About You /h3 pYou enjoy learning new technology, solving problems, and working in a hands‑on manufacturing environment. You don’t need prior experience operating this specific equipment – we’ll provide full training.
