PepsiCo Iberia has been recognized as a Top Employer for five consecutive years and recently as a Best Place to Work. /p pWe are currently looking for an Industrial Maintenance Engineering Coordinator for our Alvalle plant in Murcia. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage preventive and corrective maintenance processes for all plant equipment, ensuring maximum efficiency while meeting safety and quality standards. /li liLead continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance, following PepsiCo methodologies (PEMM). /li liImplement and execute the preventive maintenance agenda in the Murcia plant, ensuring excellence in execution, product quality, and safety. /li liEnsure compliance with IPS standards related to equipment and processes through effective action plans. /li liLead the HSE agenda in alignment with responsibilities defined in the GEHSMS framework. /li /ul h3Maintenance Program Management /h3 ul liOversee corrective, preventive, predictive, and improvement maintenance programs in line with company standards and annual objectives. /li liEnsure adherence to the annual maintenance budget (AOP) and control related costs. /li liGuarantee execution according to the defined maintenance plan and schedule. /li liEnsure effective implementation of safety and risk prevention standards across maintenance activities. /li /ul h3Continuous Improvement (PEMM) /h3 ul liDrive PepsiCo’s PEMM continuous improvement program within the plant. /li liImprove equipment reliability through root cause analysis and corrective action plans. /li liIdentify maintenance and production line improvement opportunities. /li /ul h3Team Leadership Development /h3 ul liTrain and develop plant teams in maintenance, enhancing technical capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement. /li liMonitor employee development and training progress. /li liLead and develop the maintenance team, optimizing resources and adapting to seasonal production needs. /li liSupervise external contractors’ work within the plant. /li liProvide support for PepsiCo initiatives and projects (Productivity, CTS, Lean). /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liIndustrial Engineering (or similar technical degree). /li liBasic knowledge of management principles (budgeting, cost control, etc.). /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office (user level). /li liBasic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. /li liIntermediate English level (B2). /li /ul h3Experience Skills /h3 ul liStrong experience in maintenance processes and management. /li liProven team management and communication skills. /li liExcellent organizational and analytical capabilities. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
