Reporting to the Financial Controller for Europe, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate consolidation of financial results across the Group. /p pYou will play a key role in ensuring robust financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and meeting the requirements of external stakeholders, including auditors and joint venture partners. Working closely with finance teams across multiple countries, you will contribute to delivering high-quality, consistent financial information at Group level. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for European entities in line with Group and partner accounting policies /li liEnsure timely and accurate submission of financial data from local finance teams /li liReview and validate reporting packages, investigating variances and ensuring completeness and accuracy /li liMaintain consolidation adjustments, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation /li liLead and support statutory reporting processes and coordinate with external auditors for consolidated accounts /li liMaintain a strong framework of financial controls, ensuring successful internal and external audit outcomes /li liProvide technical accounting guidance to regional teams, including advising on changes in IFRS/GAAP and their impact /li liSupport MA activities and finance transformation initiatives, such as system implementations and process improvements /li liContribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes, controls, and systems /li liUndertake other responsibilities as required to support the Finance function /li /ul h3About You /h3 h3Required: /h3 ul liDegree or professional qualification in bFinance, Accounting, or a related field /b /li liStrong understanding of bfinancial consolidation principles /b and multi-entity reporting /li liExcellent technical accounting knowledge (bIFRS and/or GAAP /b) /li liAdvanced bExcel /b skills and strong overall digital proficiency /li liPrevious experience as a bconsolidation accountant /b, ideally in a multinational or European organisation or within audit /li liExperience working with bcomplex group structures /b and multiple currencies /li liFamiliarity with bfinancial consolidation systems/tools /b /li liStrong analytical mindset with high attention to detail /li liAbility to manage deadlines and work across multiple stakeholders and geographies /li liExcellent communication skills and a collaborative approach /li /ul h3Why Join Us? /h3 pAt Olleco Bunge, you’ll be part of a purpose-driven organisation at the forefront of sustainability and innovation.
