ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and grow the EIT Supernovas Community by engaging women entrepreneurs, investors, ambassadors, and ecosystem stakeholders across Europe. /li liManage community activities and communication channels, fostering networking, collaboration, peer learning, and member participation online and offline. /li liCoordinate onboarding and engagement journeys for community members, ensuring active participation in programmes, events, and opportunities. /li liDevelop and promote community content, success stories, and engagement campaigns to increase visibility, retention, and ecosystem impact. /li liMonitor community performance and stakeholder engagement metrics, using insights to improve community experience, growth, and partnerships. /li liDevelop and maintain relationships with partners, sponsors, and investors. /li liSupport Supernovas’ network growth and ensure activities are attractive for partnerships. /li liAlign communications, campaigns, and events to maximize visibility, leads, and business opportunities. /li liImplement and adapt HQ marketing plans for Supernovas initiatives. /li liEnsure consistent brand identity and tone of voice across all channels. /li liPlan and execute communication campaigns, including digital marketing, SEO, and media relations. /li liCreate and manage content: visuals, presentations, newsletters, social media, and storytelling. /li liMonitor performance, optimize campaigns, and manage budgets and suppliers. /li liPlan, organize, and deliver events (networking, promotional, business, and flagship). /li liAlign events with branding, communications, and visibility goals. /li liManage logistics, suppliers, contracts, and budgets. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAt least 5 years of professional experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership management, community building, or ecosystem development, ideally within innovation, entrepreneurship, or EU-funded environments. /li liProven ability to engage, influence, and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders — start-ups, corporates, investors, academia, and public institutions — at European level. /li liSolid experience designing and implementing engagement strategies and multi-partner collaboration frameworks that drive measurable results. /li liExcellent project management and organisational skills, with a track record of delivering events, campaigns, or community programmes end-to-end. /li liExceptional communication and storytelling abilities — both written and verbal — able to adapt messages to different audiences and channels. /li liStrategic mindset with an entrepreneurial attitude: able to translate programme goals into concrete engagement activities and partnerships. /li liCollaborative, proactive and solution-oriented approach with high emotional intelligence and ability to thrive in multicultural and cross-functional teams. /li liFluency in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in additional EU languages will be an asset. /li liA university degree in business, international relations, innovation management, communications, or a related field. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
