We are looking for a young, ambitious and energetic team member to help us optimize and expand our residential portfolio, We are a fast-growing real estate company with an international mindset and a strong commercial focus. If you are proactive, organized and enjoy working with people, this could be a great opportunity to grow with us. What will you do? Your main objective will be to help rent out available rooms and apartments as efficiently as possible. Tasks include: · Maximizing the occupancy of our rooms and apartments in Valencia. · Managing and publishing listings on leasing platforms such as Idealista and HousingAnywhere · Communicating with potential tenants via WhatsApp, email and phone and managing social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram · Organizing and conducting apartment/room viewings, Supporting check-ins and tenant communication · Assisting the management team with daily operational tasks What are we looking for? · Strong English skills (written and spoken) · Spanish is a plus, but not required · Commercial mindset and strong sense of urgency · Organized and independent · Positive attitude and willingness to learn · Comfortable using social media and online platforms · Energetic, flexible and proactive personality What do we offer? · Part-time position (up to 24 hours/week) · Flexible schedule with freedom to organize your own day · Lunch included at the office · Young and ambitious international team with an informal and enjoyable working atmosphere · Office located in a prime area in the center of Valencia 🇪🇸 · Opportunity to grow within a fast-growing real estate company and to gain real commercial and operational experience · Access to and training with top professional real estate tools and software such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Realite and other industry-leading platforms This position is ideal for someone who wants international work experience, enjoys a dynamic environment and wants to live in one of the best cities in Europe.
