This greenfield deployment phase requires our founding leadership team to manage high operational fluidity, establish local processes from the ground up, and translate centralized global capabilities into localized execution. /ppThis position is designed for an agile, highly resourceful operations and procurement professional who will serve as the critical execution link between our global headquarters and the physical deployment of our Madrid facilities. /ph3Mission Scope /h3pThe Mission: Take immediate ownership of the end-to-end local procurement and site-readiness phase to secure all necessary assets for the launch, subsequently transitioning into a permanent operational support and efficiency role. /ppThe Scope: You will manage localized purchasing, vendor selection, and administrative setup for the Madrid sites, ensuring seamless operational alignment and fluent communication between the local Spanish operations and global headquarters stakeholders. /ph3Key Expectations /h3ulliImmediate Launch Procurement: Successfully source, negotiate, and secure 100% of the site’s critical indirect supplies (including warehouse consumables, IT hardware, PDAs, safety equipment, and facility management services) to ensure an on-time go-live. /liliVendor Network Architecture: Establish a robust ecosystem of reliable, cost-effective Spanish industrial suppliers and contractors, ensuring alignment with corporate compliance and budgetary guidelines. /liliPost-Launch Operational Continuity: Seamlessly transition from launch procurement into ongoing operational support, tracking site KPIs, managing continuous resource optimization, and resolving supply‑chain bottlenecks. /liliCross-Border Communication Bridge: Maintain real-time, accurate technical reporting and alignment between the Madrid localized operations and centralized corporate team. /li /ulh3Position Requirements /h3ulliGreenfield Launch Expertise: Verified background of successfully supporting a site launch, corporate relocation, or comprehensive facility deployment within a fast-paced corporate or logistics environment. /liliLanguage Proficiency: Professional fluency in English, Spanish, and Mandarin is strictly mandatory.
