This is a unique opportunity to be part of a global and diverse environment. /p pWe strongly encourage applications from people with different backgrounds, perspectives and experiences. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liProcessing incoming orders, quote requests, and customer inquiries /li liMonitoring product availability, clarifying and tracking delivery dates /li liPreparing transport documents and accompanying papers for special transport from Schaan/FL /li liCreating invoices and credit notes /li liPreparing and coordinating the shipment of trade fair and course materials /li liUpdating delivery conditions /li liClarifying shipping methods /li liActing as a contact person for sales partners, end customers, regional sales managers, and subsidiaries in operational matters /li liActively supporting the field service /li liWorking closely with logistics, warehouse, and planning departments /li liProviding operational support to internal departments such as product management, key account management, customer care management, academy, RD /li liPre- and post-processing of promotions, trade fairs, and events /li liPersonally, supporting sales at trade fairs and events, if required /li liImplementing and adhering to the guidelines of the safety manual /li liImplementing and adhering to the guidelines of the personnel manual /li liImplementing and adhering to regulatory requirements /li liActing as a role model in accordance with the corporate values of the Ivoclar Group /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience). /li li2–4 years of experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or customer service. /li liExperience with ERP systems, preferably SAP and proficiency in MS Office applications. /li liStrong understanding of order management and shipping processes. /li liKnowledge of transport documentation and international shipping regulations. /li liAbility to create invoices, credit notes, and manage delivery conditions. /li liFamiliarity with trade fair and event logistics is an advantage. /li liGood English communication skills, (minimum B2). /li liStrong interpersonal skills. /li liStrong organizational and time-management abilities. /li liAbility to work collaboratively across multiple departments. /li liDemonstrated ability to act as a role model aligned with corporate values. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liA global role within a leading international company in the healthcare sector. /li liHigh-impact visibility in global education and marketing initiatives. /li liInternational, collaborative and inclusive working environment. /li liOpportunities for professional growth and development. /li /ul pIf you are looking for a job where you can contribute actively, develop personally and professionally and make a lasting difference then this is the right place for you.
