This is a permanent employment opportunity to join a diverse and dynamic team within the framework of Airbus Crisa equipment product development (satellites and launchers). /p pFocus areas include: /p ul liShape the future based on innovation of our products, new technologies and way of working /li liState‑of‑the‑art product consolidation /li liContinuous performance improvement /li /ul pDefinitely, we are moved by our passion to make it fly! /p h3Tasks and Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsuring the quality function of different electronic processes (conception, integration, programming, tests, etc.) /li liHelping the project team to succeed /li liGuaranteeing that customer needs are met /li liDefining and applying the Product Assurance Plan /li liEnsuring the quality of development processes /li liEnsuring the quality interface with the customer /li liEstablishing and conducting the quality plan implementation /li liConducting reviews/milestones (internal or contractual) /li liLeading and supporting the justification files with relevant arguments (anomaly processing, etc.) /li liIdentifying quality‑relevant risks and supporting the implementation of Quality Improvement initiatives and APQP throughout the project /li liSupporting the resolution of incidents through problem‑solving activities such as root cause analysis, PPS, 5WHYs, PFMEA, etc. /li liLeading and supporting the process of Non‑Conformance Management /li liEnsuring the consistency between customer requirements and Airbus Crisa quality know‑how (standard quality plan) /li liParticipating in the definition of the actions for risk mitigation /li liCoordinating quality actions and managing the quality budget /li liCertifying product conformity with its specification and guaranteeing the correct processing of product non‑conformances /li /ul h3Key Deliverables /h3 pProduct Assurance Plan, Non‑Conformance Analysis and Consolidated Action Plan including feedback, Technical Risk Register, Risk Mitigation Plan, End‑to‑End Product/Service Conformity, Attestation, APQP; Key Business Deliverables such as Quality Plan Timing (when owner). /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 pDemonstrate conformity to processes and requirements at Programme level to customers and external authorities (when authorized), and drive non‑conformity management at Programme level. /p h3Work Experience Requirements /h3 pMore than two years of experience in product quality assurance or supply chain quality.
