ph3Job description /h3 pThe Junior Digital Performance Analyst plays a key role within the European Media Digital Hub by supporting the measurement, monitoring and analysis of digital media and owned media performance across European markets. /p pThe role is responsible for ensuring that campaign and website performance data is accurately collected, monitored and transformed into clear, actionable insights through Funnel, GA4 and reporting tools. Acting as the Hub's day‑to‑day performance monitoring resource, this position helps identify opportunities, detect issues early and support data‑driven decision‑making across brands, markets and channels. /p pThis is an excellent opportunity for a digitally curious and analytical profile looking to develop expertise in media measurement, analytics and marketing performance within an international environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Performance Monitoring Governance /h3 pOwn the day‑to‑day monitoring of digital performance across brands, campaigns and markets through Funnel dashboards. /p pTrack campaign performance across paid media, social media, search and owned media channels. /p pIdentify anomalies, tracking issues or significant performance changes and proactively flag them to relevant stakeholders. /p pEnsure campaigns and websites are measured according to Hub governance standards and KPI frameworks. /p pValidate data consistency, taxonomy compliance and reporting accuracy across markets and platforms. /p pSupport the Hub in maintaining a reliable and consistent view of digital performance. /p pBuild, maintain and continuously improve performance dashboards used across the Hub. /p pConsolidate data from multiple sources into clear, accurate and actionable reports. /p pEnsure dashboards remain updated, user‑friendly and aligned with business needs. /p pSupport the automation and simplification of reporting processes where possible. /p pPrepare recurring performance reports and executive summaries for stakeholders. /p pHelp ensure reporting focuses on insights and actions, not only on data. /p h3GA4 Website Analytics /h3 pManage and monitor GA4 reporting across websites and landing pages. /p pAnalyse user behaviour, traffic sources, engagement metrics and conversion paths. /p pSupport the implementation and validation of tracking frameworks in collaboration with agencies and technical partners. /p pMonitor website performance and identify optimisation opportunities. /p pEnsure data quality and consistency across GA4 properties and reporting environments. /p h3Performance Analysis Insights /h3 pAnalyse campaign performance by audience, creative, channel, platform and market. /p pIdentify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement across the marketing funnel. /p pSupport root‑cause analysis of underperforming campaigns, assets or traffic sources. /p pTranslate data into clear recommendations that support optimisation decisions. /p pContribute to performance reviews, business updates and learning sessions. /p pSupport optimisation initiatives by providing performance analysis and recommendations. /p pAssist in the evaluation of A/B tests across audiences, creatives, formats and landing pages. /p pMonitor test results and document key learnings. /p pHelp identify best practices and opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and user experience. /p pContribute to building a culture of continuous improvement and evidence‑based decision making. /p h3Cross‑Channel Measurement Attribution Support /h3 pAnalyse interactions between paid media, owned media, organic traffic and search activities. /p pMonitor funnel progression and identify conversion bottlenecks. /p pSupport attribution analysis and proxy ROI assessments. /p pEnsure data quality consistency for MMM and competitive investment dashboards /p pCollaborate with Paid Media and Own Media teams to understand performance drivers and optimisation opportunities. /p pHelp connect media performance with broader business objectives. /p h3Post‑Campaign Analysis Knowledge Sharing /h3 pSupport post‑campaign reviews and performance evaluations. /p pConsolidate learnings, benchmarks and best practices across brands and markets. /p pHelp maintain the Hub's knowledge base and learning repository. /p pEnsure insights are fed back into future planning, briefing and optimisation processes. /p h3What can you expect from us? /h3 pThis is a great opportunity to join a big team in a multicultural and modern environment.
