We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant to support our team at a leading Genetics Conference & Trade Show taking place in Montreal, Canada from October 19-24, 2026.

About the Role
You will be assisting our scientist(s) during the event, primarily focusing on data collection and documentation. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of genetics research, engage with leading experts, and experience an international conference environment.

Responsibilities
Assist in collecting and recording data during the conference
Engage professionally with conference attendees and exhibitors
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support our CEO and team

Requirements
Studies in life sciences, biology, genetics, or related fields are a plus but not required

Availability to travel to Montreal and assist on-site from October 19-24, 2026
