OPERATIONS ASSISTANT – LONDON HQ We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations Assistant to support our Operations team at Head Office. Role Overview The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimising online sales performance across MGM Muthu Hotels’ UK portfolio (England & Scotland). The role focuses on driving direct bookings, improving conversion, and supporting digital revenue growth. This role works closely with UK hotel teams, Marketing, Revenue, and central support functions.
