Our team of 4,500 people is united by a shared purpose: driving a zero‑carbon future by delivering clean, affordable energy for everyone. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAct as the main point of contact between renewable energy park owners and internal stakeholders across the Technical, Finance and Commercial teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment. /liliMonitor contractual obligations for both renewable energy park owner entities and RES under Asset Management agreements. /liliManage insurance claims and claims related to construction defects under contractual warranties. /liliPropose and oversee the operational financial budget of park owner entities. /liliPrepare plant operational reports and ensure their timely delivery to clients. /liliSupport the Business Development team by identifying commercial opportunities, promoting RES services and providing recommendations to asset owners. /liliApply Asset Management procedures, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote a strong Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) culture. /liliConduct site inspections and audits involving clients, suppliers, subcontractors and authorities. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliEngineering degree or Master’s in a general Engineering or Renewable Energy field. /liliAdvanced business and industry knowledge. /liliAdvanced technical, analytical and IT skills. /liliFluent in English and Greek, both written and spoken. /liliStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. /liliAbility to manage complexity, make decisions and work autonomously. /liliOrganised, pragmatic and solution‑oriented approach with strong team spirit. /liliBasic knowledge of French is valued. /liliCommercial awareness and ability to identify new business opportunities. /liliA proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach. /liliStrong interpersonal skills when working with clients and external partners. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliLong-term career opportunities within a global company and a growing industry. /liliCompetitive salary, in line with the applicable collective agreement and commensurate with experience and qualifications. /liliExpected salary range: €38,000 to €43,000 gross per year. /liliFlexible working hours to support work-life balance. /liliHybrid/Remote working. /liliFree childcare facilities for employees. /liliSubsidised meals. /liliPrivate health insurance with preferential conditions. /li /ulpWe also offer flexible working arrangements and support personal and professional development through continuous learning and career development opportunities. /ph3EEO Statement /h3pAt RES, we value differences because we know they make our company a great place to work.
