With more than 40 years of experience, we have delivered over 24 GW of renewable energy projects and currently manage more than 40 GW under operation and maintenance. /ppOur team of 4,500 people is united by a shared purpose: driving a zero-carbon future by delivering clean, affordable energy for everyone. /ppbr/ppAs part of our continued growth, we are looking for a bTechnical Asset Manager /b to join our Asset Management team, supporting renewable energy assets across Southern Europe. /ppbr/ppIn this role, you will be responsible for the technical asset management of a portfolio of wind, solar and battery storage projects, acting as the key point of contact between asset owners and internal stakeholders. You will help maximise asset performance, ensure contractual compliance and deliver an excellent service to our clients. /ppbr/ppbWhat will you be doing? /b /pulliAct as the main point of contact between renewable energy park owners and internal stakeholders across the Technical, Finance and Commercial teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment. /liliMonitor contractual obligations for both renewable energy park owner entities and RES under Asset Management agreements. /liliManage insurance claims and claims related to construction defects under contractual warranties. /liliPropose and oversee the operational financial budget of park owner entities. /liliPrepare plant operational reports and ensure their timely delivery to clients. /liliSupport the Business Development team by identifying commercial opportunities, promoting RES services and providing recommendations to asset owners. /liliApply Asset Management procedures, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote a strong Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) culture. /liliConduct site inspections and audits involving clients, suppliers, subcontractors and authorities. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat are we looking for? /b /pulliEngineering degree or Master's in a general Engineering or Renewable Energy field. /liliAdvanced business and industry knowledge. /liliAdvanced technical, analytical and IT skills. /liliFluent English and Greek, both written and spoken. /liliStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. /liliAbility to manage complexity, make decisions and work autonomously. /liliOrganised, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach with strong team spirit. /li /ulpbr/ppbWe'll also value /b /pulliBasic knowledge of French. /liliCommercial awareness and the ability to identify new business opportunities. /liliA proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach. /liliStrong interpersonal skills when working with clients and external partners. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat we offer /b /ppOur people are our greatest asset.
