• Execute financial analysis frameworks, reports and models., • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for each Global Function lead with financial information in a concise and insightful way explaining variances vs Plan and vs Actuals., • Monthly forecasting and monitoring of Structure Investments, challenging markets where overspends occur and flagging any risks and opportunities to Global Functions., • Support the Annual Planning Process for the organizations Global Functions, including the creation of plan templates, data analysis and validation, review with budget owners and system submissions., • Collaborate with Global Functions teams to align forecasts with strategic initiatives and resource allocation., • Develop presentations, papers or reports for key stakeholders and standing meetings., • Extract, organize and analyze information and data from financial systems for reporting, problem solving or ad hoc query answering., • Responsible for Master Data (Profit and Cost Centers) for Global Functions., • Impeccable MS Excel skills and ability to execute financial modelling, analyze results and organize in presentation format., • Ability to navigate financial systems and extract data; knowledge of SAP, SAP BI, TM1 and MDG., • Ability to communicate clearly and precisely in both writing and speaking as well as good listening skills to understand the organization’s problems and propose appropriate solutions., • Ability to work with Senior Stakeholders and other Primos of the organizations as a team toward achieving the organization’s reporting needs., • Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities while working in a matrix organization., • Embed culture of cost control within the organization., • Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple projects and iterations, using time efficiently to complete projects on time., • At least 4+ years of progressive finance experience., • Learning agility to quickly adapt to new situations and challenges., • Intellectual curiosity and strong analytical skills to continuously ask “why” and refine analysis to find root causes., • Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while being self-motivated.
