Business Performance Senior Manager We are looking for a highly motivated, hands‑on, and analytically minded individual to join our Business Development Team. About the Role Play a key role in shaping the strategy and performance tracking of the Business Development Team Be the point of contact with company leadership (C‑Level, Founders & SVPs) Plan, design, and implement strategic initiatives to achieve the Business Plan Define reporting frameworks for our commercial teams to monitor performance and drive strategic decisions Analyze commercial results and identify inefficiencies, trends, and growth opportunities Partner closely with Business Development leadership and cross‑functional teams to define action plans Support strategic planning and forecasting to ensure business targets are achieved Provide data‑driven insights to senior stakeholders, driving initiatives that enhance revenue growth Gain high exposure across the organization, collaborating directly with executives and commercial leadership About You Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics roles. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and business planning. Comfortable translating complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with executive‑level exposure.
