ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliOperate in compliance with all laws, regulations and policies /liliPromotion of Gilead therapies to HCPs in targeted delivery and referral centres /liliCollaborate regularly with Kite local cross functional team to coordinate HCP interactions, align on consistent and harmonized delivery of key differentiating messages and develop key account plans /liliDevelop significant relationships with Therapy Area Experts (TAEs), senior account level leadership, as well as other decision makers and influencers and provide timely follow‑up on commitments and requests /liliResponsible for meeting with appropriate leaders across the qualified centres to educate on, and logistically support, the use of Kite product(s) /liliCoordinate the qualification and activation of new delivery centres and the annual/bi‑annual audits thereafter /liliCollaborate with Kite Cross Functional Team on the coordination of the cell journey to ensure a high level of patient access and cell delivery /liliProvide Medical Affairs and Commercial colleagues with appropriate feedback and insights from interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs) /liliProvide support at professional meetings, including staffing exhibits, reporting on scientific sessions, and facilitating meetings with TAEs /liliFacilitate and provide timely feedback to appropriate management regarding account business trends, changes in the therapeutic landscape, industry issues and business opportunities /li /ulh3Key Requirements and Competencies /h3ulliProven track record of high performance in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry /liliProven ability to work across various functions (frequent interactions with the Business Unit Director, CTAM lead, Medical Director, Medical Scientists, local cross functional team, business conduct and the Quality team) /liliStrong commercial and scientific acumen, able to translate scientific information and eloquently educate on the value proposition of Kite constructs /liliDemonstrated ability and desire to provide high‑level customer support across stakeholder groups /liliPossesses a long‑term, strategic understanding of the haematology/oncology market /liliExperience executing with products/therapies that require complex customer delivery including logistics management /liliAbility to successfully work and collaborate with field‑based and internal cross‑functional partners /liliAbility to navigate a complex account environment and understand the needs/issues of various stakeholders at all levels within the account /liliExperience in project management and executing in large accounts including strategic planning, problem solving, conflict resolution /liliDemonstrated initiative and willingness to work hands‑on with a sense of urgency, in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment /li /ulh3Specific Education and Experience Requirements /h3ulliLaunch experience; launch experience within academic hospitals preferred /liliOncology/haematology experience preferred /liliWorking knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements /liliExceptional organizational and time‑management skills /liliOutstanding written, verbal and presentation skills in English /liliRequires some overnight travel /liliLife sciences degree /li /ulh3Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) /h3pIt is the policy of Gilead Sciences, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively "Gilead" or the "Company") to recruit select and employ the most qualified persons available for positions throughout the Company.
