As a Physiotherapist with Empower, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of Musculoskeletal, Neurological and Cardiorespiratory patients. Working in a supportive team environment, you will be responsible for the delivery of Empower Healthcare's comprehensive services across Support at Home and NDIS participants in South-East nduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for participants in their own home through Support at home packages/NDIS.Work holistically with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan.Educate participants and their families to optimise their ability to live healthy lives within the community.Liaise with service providers to ensure effective communication.Work autonomously to prioritise and complete tasks, maintain records and provide patient reports.Do you have what it takes?We are looking for someone that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our people.
