Reporting to the Administration and Finance Director, we are looking for a People Management Manager to lead our People strategy, foster a culture aligned with our values, and support the continued growth of our organization. Your mission You will be responsible for designing and driving a comprehensive People Management strategy that strengthens talent, promotes employee engagement, and supports the organizational development of Basque Culinary Center. What will your day-to-day look like? • Define and implement the People Management strategy in line with the organization's strategic plan., • Design and promote talent development initiatives, performance management processes, and career development plans., • Foster an organizational culture aligned with BCC's values, encouraging employee engagement and wellbeing., • Support leaders and teams through transformation, growth, and organizational change processes., • Coordinate compensation policies, employee relations, and HR administration, ensuring compliance with employment legislation., • Analyze People Analytics metrics to support strategic decision-making., • Identify emerging trends in talent management and drive innovative HR practices aligned with the BCC ecosystem.Requirements What are we looking for? • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or a related field, together with a Master’s degree in Human Resources or People Management., • Proven experience in generalist or leadership roles within Human Resources / People Management., • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect business objectives and people, combined with a strong service-oriented approach., • Strong knowledge of recruitment, learning and development, talent management, and organizational culture., • Solid understanding of labor legislation and experience negotiating and implementing collective bargaining agreements., • Knowledge of HR administration processes, including payroll, employee onboarding and offboarding, and related procedures., • Fluency in Basque and Spanish. English will be considered an asset.
