Experteer Overview In this role, you design and optimize data foundations to support scalable BI solutions, focusing on data modelling, engineering, and analytics architecture. You collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into robust data assets and Power BI deliverables. You’ll ensure performance, security, and governance across data pipelines and semantic models. The opportunity combines technical depth with business impact in a transformative AI/data context. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Design and maintain enterprise data models and semantic layers • Perform data analysis with stakeholders for requirements gathering • Define and implement KPIs aligned with business objectives • Develop and optimize Power BI datasets and semantic models • Manage Power BI Premium Capacity: query cost, workspace governance, security and access control • Ensure data governance and security practices, including Row-Level Security (RLS) • Optimize performance of T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and DAX measures • Manage data dependencies, partitioning, and incremental refresh • Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines and transformations • Collaborate with Power BI / Microsoft Fabric key users • Work with cross-functional teams (business, analytics, data engineering) • Stay up to date with cloud, AI and Microsoft Fabric ecosystem Responsabilidades • Advanced experience with Power BI administration, governance, DAX, Premium environments • Strong knowledge of SQL Server / Azure, including advanced T-SQL and data transformation • Proven experience in data modelling (semantic models, TOM) • Hands-on data engineering experience, including ETL/ELT, pipelines, Azure Data Factory • Experience with large-scale data environments and performance optimization (T-SQL, DAX, VertiPaq) • Understanding of data governance, security and scalability principles Requisitos principales • Hybrid work setup • Personalized training and development plan • Meal vouchers • Health insurance • Relocation support (if applicable) • Wellness program and psychological support
