With 96.5% of our staff expressing high satisfaction in being part of this family, we are currently seeking an Assembly Supervisor for our offices located in Spain. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Industrial Engineering, Naval Engineering, or a related field. /li liPreferred: Basic knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention. /li liAt least 5 years of experience in a similar role. /li liExperience in energy, oil gas construction projects. /li liProven track record in monitoring construction projects, ensuring HSE compliance, and supervising personnel. /li liExperience in blueprint reading and interpretation, technical regulations, assembly planning and sequencing, technical document management, and technical troubleshooting, among others. /li /ul pLocation: /p h3Assembly Supervisor /h3 h3Ensuring compliance with regulations /h3 ul liDirect and control all assembly activities assigned to their discipline (mechanical, electrical, piping, structural, etc.). /li liVerify that all work is executed in accordance with drawings, isometrics, PIDs, technical specifications, and approved procedures. /li liParticipate in the development of the assembly plan and the definition of construction sequences. /li liConduct continuous field inspections to ensure the correct construction sequence and detect early deviations. /li liMonitor daily, weekly, and monthly physical progress, comparing it against the project schedule. /li liReport deviations, propose corrective actions, and coordinate schedule adjustments. /li liCoordinate direct personnel, assigning tasks and verifying performance. /li liIdentify, in coordination with the discipline lead, deviations in the subcontractor's scope of work compliance, ensuring early detection and proper management. /li liEnsure, in coordination with the discipline lead, that its subcontractors have sufficient resources—particularly their own foremen and supervisors—to guarantee the proper execution of the contractually assigned work, proposing to the discipline lead the measures to be applied in case of deviations that jeopardize the successful completion of the works. /li liBe present in the work area to guide, correct, and support. /li liResolve technical questions in real time to prevent delays or errors. /li liIdentify knowledge gaps and propose internal or external training. /li liEnsure the team has all necessary tools, materials, and permits before starting activities. /li liEnsure that the Trainee Foreman programs assigned to their area are properly developed, guaranteeing their correct operational integration and compliance with corporate procedures. /li liCollaborate with engineering, quality, safety, and other disciplines to resolve interferences or technical issues. /li liEnsure compliance with the Company's Code of Ethics and Conduct. /li liComply with the Corporate Compliance and Anti-Bribery Policy, as well as the obligations set forth in the Corporate Compliance Program (CCP) (Policy, Code of Ethics and Conduct, Crime Prevention Plan, and Procedures), and ensure compliance within their area of responsibility. /li liCollaborate with the organization in improving compliance management through the practice of workplace best practices. /li liEnsure compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations. /li liProfessional, honest, and loyal conduct toward the organization, its business partners, and collaborating companies. /li liReport any observed non-compliance accurately and without delay through the channels described in the whistleblowing management procedure (01D- ). /li liMaintain appropriate and respectful treatment toward all individuals within the organization as well as external entities (contractors, collaborators, clients...). /li /ul h3Why join DAPIN? /h3 ul liYou will be part of a global community of professionals passionate about engineering, innovation, and large-scale change.
