We are hiring a Customer Service Representative with fluent English to be part of the Industrial Filtration Customer Service team located in Terrassa, Barcelona. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProcess, monitor, and follow‑up customers' purchasing orders /liliEnsure effective service and administrative support for the assigned customers /liliProvide delivery commitment to customers and follow‑up on order activity, to alert customers and sales team in case of discrepancies /liliManage invoice creation, corrections, and the return of the material activities /liliReceive and process customer inquiries on standard pricing, lead‑time, products, and availability, through an efficient and friendly communication with customers, to maintain excellent customer relationships /liliCoordinate internally with other departments, such as sales, logistics, finance, and production, to keep all aware of customer activities /li /ulh3Relevant Experience and Skills /h3ulliMinimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics /liliWorking knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook /liliKnowledge of Export procedures, incoterms, payment terms and Oracle R12 are an asset /liliFluent English.
