ph3Build Our Future Together /h3 pAt Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life‑changing medicines for people with serious diseases. /p pWe are seeking an Associate Director, Commercial Insights Analytics International to join our Commercial Insights and Analytics team, supporting Neurology across Europe, Japan and Canada in a hybrid model. /p pIn this role, you will enable informed decision making while collaborating with above‑market teams, local teams, IT, sourcing and vendors. /p h3When Where /h3 ul liMadrid – supporting international markets across Europe, Japan and Canada. /li liHybrid work model – Office based /li /ul h3Discover Your Role /h3 ul liBe responsible for international performance analytics and reporting for evolving business needs. /li liLead customer insights, market research and reporting deliverables for Neurology. /li liImplement above‑country market research and objective secondary data analyses. /li liBuild patient cohorts, treatment journeys and patient flow forecasts. /li liDevelop account‑level insights, including segmentation and opportunity assessments. /li liPartner with Commercial Operations on field sizing, targeting and incentive analyses. /li liCentralize data management needs with business leaders, IT and sourcing. /li liCreate clear insights that connect business implications with practical options. /li /ul h3This Role Requires /h3 ul li8+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in market research. /li liAbove‑country analytics and market research experience in international pharmaceutical markets. /li liUnderstanding of biopharmaceutical commercial dynamics, laws and regulations. /li liKnowledge of data industry standards and data asset procedures. /li liExpertise in data visualization, data storytelling and report creation tools. /li liProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Veeva. /li liPractical experience with Power BI, QlikView, Tableau, Oracle BI, MicroStrategy, Cognos or Spotfire. /li liStrong project, change management, presentation, communication and collaboration skills. /li liEnglish language skills; with one additional language including German, French, Italian or Japanese preferred. /li liPrior biopharmaceutical field sales or marketing experience is desirable. /li /ul h3Salary Range (annually) /h3 p81,300.00 - 135,500.00 /p pWe are committed to building a workplace with an inclusive culture.
