With 96.5% of our staff expressing high satisfaction in being part of this family, we are currently seeking an Engineering Lead for our offices located in Spain. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering or related fields. /li liMinimum 10 years of experience in engineering of complex industrial projects, preferably in the oil gas, petrochemical, energy, fertilizer or hydrogen sectors. /li liAt least 5 years of experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams in EPC projects, from the basic design phase to detail engineering. /li liExperience in the technical management of key disciplines (process, mechanical, piping, civil, electrical and instrumentation), including interface coordination. /li liStrong knowledge and application of international standards such as ASME VIII Div. 1 and 2, API 650/620, EN 13445, PED, and structural and electrical design codes. /li liSupervision of the generation and control of technical deliverables: datasheets, drawings, purchase requisitions, material lists, calculations, isometrics, etc. /li liExperience in technical bid review, vendor coordination and technical procurement support. /li liActive participation in 3D model reviews, HAZOPs, HAZIDs, and technical meetings. /li liKnowledge of engineering and modeling tools such as SmartPlant, AVEVA E3D, CAESAR II, PV Elite, AutoPIPE, STAAD.Pro, ETAP, among others. /li liExperience in site technical assistance. /li liHandling of design and analysis tools. /li /ul h3Location /h3 ul li100% on-site in Spain. /li /ul h3EPC Project Management /h3 h3International Standards ASME, API, among others /h3 h3Technical Knowledge /h3 h3Team Management /h3 ul liEstablish the engineering work plan, resources and schedule according to project objectives. /li liSupervise discipline leads (piping, civil, mechanical, electrical, process, etc.) and facilitate their integration. /li liReview and validate calculations, drawings, specifications and technical documentation according to standards (ASME, API, PED, etc.). /li liClosely coordinate with procurement, construction, planning, quality and client teams to ensure smooth project execution. /li liControl engineering progress against schedule and budget, proposing corrective actions if necessary. /li liRepresent project engineering, defending technical decisions and addressing requirements or changes. /li liIdentify potential issues and lead their technical and contractual resolution. /li liApply lessons learned and propose improvements in engineering processes and tools. /li liPromote professional growth, continuous training and cohesion of the engineering team. /li liOther activities inherent to the position. /li /ul h3Why join DAPIN? /h3 ul liYou will be part of a global community of professionals passionate about engineering, innovation, and large-scale change.
