You can find more information about Sobi at /p pThe Key Account Manager (KAM) is accountable for maximizing sales of Sobi’s Metabolic Diseases in the assigned territory, ensuring optimal implementation of the Metabolic Diseases commercial strategy. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and adjust account‑and‑brand‑specific plans based on strong customer insights. They will build and manage impactful relationships with key stakeholders, initiate and lead customer‑facing activities, and deliver high-quality, compliant interactions in alignment with Sobi’s mission, values, and behaviours. /p h3Deliver Sales Targets Territory Performance /h3 ul liDevelop and execute robust account plans to secure and exceed territory sales targets. /li liContinuously adjust plans based on customer insights, adoption ladder, competition, and market dynamics. /li liAnalyze sales performance, activity metrics, and spending to ensure efficient, high‑impact territory management. /li liContribute to accurate forecasting by providing timely, data‑based insights. /li /ul h3Market Knowledge Opportunity Identification /h3 ul liAcquire in‑depth understanding of the therapeutic landscape, clinical stakeholders, treatment pathways, payer dynamics, and competition. /li liRoutinely gather and interpret insights from customer interactions, Veeva usage, and available market data. /li liIdentify, evaluate, and prioritize business opportunities; collaborate with the cross‑functional team to decide on optimal tactics. /li liShare market insights proactively with RSM, marketing, medical and PACE. /li /ul h3Account Planning Cross‑Functional Execution /h3 ul liLead account plan development and execution, ensuring alignment across the different functions involved. /li liParticipate in account reviews, highlighting growth barriers, opportunities, and support needs. /li liCoordinate omnichannel initiatives and maintain coherent and compliant customer journeys. /li liEnsure “one Sobi” presence through structured cross‑functional alignment. /li /ul h3Customer Engagement Relationship Management /h3 ul liBuild and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical specialists, pharmacists, and other stakeholders. /li liInitiate and execute impactful customer activities (educational events, scientific engagements, collaborative projects, etc). /li liEnsure all customer interactions bring value. /li liShare best practices. /li /ul h3Compliance Sobi Behaviors /h3 ul liConduct all promotional and non‑promotional interactions in full compliance with local regulations, industry codes, and Sobi policies. /li liEnsure all face‑to‑face activities embody Sobi’s values and behaviors. /li liComplete all required training and apply learnings consistently in daily practice. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProven experience in Specialty Care pharmaceutical sales. /li liStrong customer‑facing skills, with demonstrated success in account management. /li liStrong business acumen and analytical ability to translate data into actions. /li liStrong communication, collaboration, and influencing abilities. /li liGood command of English. /li liUniversity degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field strongly preferred. /li liValid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within territory. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
