You'll work directly with our Head of Operations, collaborating closely with the CEO and leadership team. Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting logistics and warehouse operations., • Monitoring inventory and stock accuracy., • Building operational reports and KPIs in Excel., • Identifying process improvements., • Coordinating with suppliers, warehouses and transport partners., • Supporting customer operations., • Participating in strategic operations projects. 🧑💻 Who we're looking for We're looking for someone with exceptional attitude. You are: • Highly proactive., • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills., • Comfortable working with data to identify insights and support decision-making., • Able to make fast, independent decisions in a dynamic environment., • Knowledge of Power BI, Shopify, or other data visualization tools is a strong plus., • Organized and detail-oriented., • Curious and eager to learn., • Comfortable in a fast-changing startup environment., • Hands-on and ready to take ownership., • Native or fluent Spanish is mandatory., • Professional English is required. Education We're especially interested in: • Final-year Bachelor's students, • Master's students, • Recent graduates Preferred backgrounds include: • Industrial Engineering, • Business Administration (ADE), • Supply Chain, Operations or similar analytical fields 📍 Internship details • Madrid (Hybrid: 3 office / 2 remote), • Full-time (40h/week), • Start: September 2026, • Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extending the internship or joining full-time), • Paid internship, • University internship agreement is a plus, but not required., • Recent graduates are also welcome to apply., • High chance of a full-time offer upon successful completion.
