Join JOHO Ice Paradise, a fun and fast-growing ice cream brand in Mallorca! We’re looking for a friendly, energetic and reliable Shop Assistant to join our team on a 24-hour per week contract. Responsibilities: • Deliver outstanding customer service., • Prepare coffees, milkshakes and other drinks., • Keep the shop clean, organised and fully stocked., • Serve customers efficiently during busy periods., • Handle payments and operate the till., • Follow food hygiene and safety procedures. Requirements: • Fluent English and Spanish (additional languages are a bonus)., • Friendly, positive and hard-working., • Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays., • Able to work in a fast-paced environment., • Previous retail or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
