We are currently supporting a bCyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) transformation program /b for a global enterprise client. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 pWe are looking for a bSenior Project Manager – CSOC /b to lead large-scale cybersecurity transformation initiatives in a complex international environment. /p pYour main focus will be on bproject delivery, stakeholder management, and governance coordination /b across multiple cybersecurity workstreams. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead large-scale cybersecurity projects, such as SOAR migrations and similar transformation initiatives. /li liOwn and manage end-to-end project roadmap, milestones, and delivery tracking. /li liDrive stakeholder management across technical, business, and vendor teams. /li liFacilitate enterprise governance processes such as RFPs, ARM, and other structured frameworks. /li liEnsure alignment between CSOC teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners. /li liMonitor risks, dependencies, and ensure timely escalation and resolution. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liProven experience as Senior Project Manager in large-scale cybersecurity environments. /li liStrong background in complex transformation projects (SOAR migration or similar). /li liSolid experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination. /li liAbility to manage roadmaps, milestones, and enterprise-level delivery structures. /li liExperience working in structured governance environments (RFP, ARM, etc.). /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong ownership and accountability mindset. /li liHighly proactive and delivery-oriented profile. /li liStrong communication and influencing skills. /li liComfortable working in complex, international environments. /li liCuriosity towards new technologies (e.g. GenAI, automation, AI-driven security) is a plus. /li /ul h3Location Working Model /h3 ul liBased in Spain, preferably near Barcelona. /li liOnshore presence preferred to ensure alignment with CSOC teams and stakeholders. /li liRemote flexibility depending on project needs. /li /ul h3Why Join Excelia? /h3 ul liInternational and dynamic cybersecurity transformation program. /li liExposure to large-scale enterprise security environments. /li liLong-term professional growth opportunities. /li liCollaborative and innovation-driven culture. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
