We serve an international clientele and pride ourselves on quality, consistency, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Managing and organizing daily kitchen operations Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard Grilling premium steaks and meat specialties Leading and motivating the kitchen team Managing stock and placing orders Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) Controlling food costs and minimizing waste Contributing ideas for menu development and seasonal specials Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef Strong experience with meat preparation and grilling Ability to work independently and under pressure Leadership and team management skills Organized, reliable, and professional attitude English or Spanish speaking EU work permit or legal right to work in Spain What We Offer Full-time position Salary: €2,100 - €2,800 net per month, depending on experience and performance.
