The Junior Digital Performance Analyst plays a key role within the European Media & Digital Hub by supporting the measurement, monitoring and analysis of digital media and owned media performance across European markets. The role is responsible for ensuring that campaign and website performance data is accurately collected, monitored and transformed into clear, actionable insights through Funnel, GA4 and reporting tools. Acting as the Hub's day‑day performance monitoring resource, this position helps identify opportunities, detect issues early and support data‑driven decision‑making across brands, markets and channels. Key Responsibilities Performance Monitoring & Governance Own the day‑to‑day monitoring of digital performance across brands, campaigns and markets through Funnel dashboards. Track campaign performance across paid media, social media, search and owned media channels. Identify anomalies, tracking issues or significant performance changes and proactively flag them to relevant stakeholders. Ensure campaigns and websites are measured according to Hub governance standards and KPI frameworks. Validate data consistency, taxonomy compliance and reporting accuracy across markets and platforms. Support the Hub in maintaining a reliable and consistent view of digital performance. Dashboard Management & Reporting Build, maintain and continuously improve performance dashboards used across the Hub. Consolidate data from multiple sources into clear, accurate and actionable reports. Ensure dashboards remain updated, user‑friendly and aligned with business needs. Support the automation and simplification of reporting processes where possible. Prepare recurring performance reports and executive summaries for stakeholders. Help ensure reporting focuses on insights and actions, not only on data. GA4 & Website Analytics Manage and monitor GA4 reporting across websites and landing pages. Analyse user behaviour, traffic sources, engagement metrics and conversion paths. Support the implementation and validation of tracking frameworks in collaboration with agencies and technical partners. Monitor website performance and identify optimisation opportunities. Ensure data quality and consistency across GA4 properties and reporting environments. Performance Analysis & Insights Analyse campaign performance by audience, creative, channel, platform and market. Identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement across the marketing funnel. Support root‑cause analysis of underperforming campaigns, assets or traffic sources. Translate data into clear recommendations that support optimisation decisions. Contribute to performance reviews, business updates and learning sessions. Optimisation & Test‑and‑Learn Support Support optimisation initiatives by providing performance analysis and recommendations. Assist in the evaluation of A/B tests across audiences, creatives, formats and landing pages. Monitor test results and document key learnings. Help identify best practices and opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and user experience. Contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement and evidence‑based decision making. Cross‑Channel Measurement & Attribution Support Analyse interactions between paid media, owned media, organic traffic and search activities. Monitor funnel progression and identify conversion bottlenecks. Support attribution analysis and proxy ROI assessments. Ensure data quality & consistency for MMM and competitive investment dashboards Collaborate with Paid Media and Own Media teams to understand performance drivers and optimisation opportunities. Help connect media performance with broader business objectives. Post‑Campaign Analysis & Knowledge Sharing Support post‑campaign reviews and performance evaluations. Consolidate learnings, benchmarks and best practices across brands and markets. Help maintain the Hub's knowledge base and learning repository. Ensure insights are fed back into future planning, briefing and optimisation processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
