Description We are seeking a Production Coordinator to support the International Originals Production team in Spain, assisting in the management of operational and administrative activities across all genres (Movies, Scripted and Unscripted content). The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, respond promptly to time-sensitive situations, and support the team in addressing challenges that arise during production. They should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is essential, as well as professionalism when interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Working across various formats and production types, the candidate will support a diverse portfolio of content including movies, scripted series, and unscripted shows. They will provide day-to-day support, helping organize and tracking projects from setup through production to final deliverables. This position will report to the Head of Production and Post, International Originals Spain. Key job responsibilities Support projects (scripted, unscripted and movies) across all stages from development through production, post-production, delivery and launch. Manage daily trackers, department templates, production guidelines, production/post-production documents (e.g., contracts, call sheets, calendars, reports and schedules) Support the Production Team with budget analysis and cost reporting Coordinate with internal departments and production companies regarding deliverables, payments, insurance, administrative support, production safety & security, sustainability, and tax matters Maintain a checklist for each show to ensure major milestones are met (e.g., budget lock, budget approval, kick-off calls, deliverables, international filming activity) Facilitate coordination between internal teams including creative, marketing, press, business affairs, legal, finance, and post-production Collaborate with all Amazon Studios departments to ensure timely delivery of required assets Work with the Amazon Studios Coordinator network to maintain alignment across territories and departments Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and draft reports Assist and facilitate general requests and communication to ensure shows are following studio guidelines and procedures A day in the life The primary focus of this role is to be the conduit of information between internal departments, the production executives, post executives, creative executives and third-party production partners. Working across unscripted shows, scripted and movies, you will support a diverse portfolio of content providing day-to-day administrative and operational support, helping organise and track projects from setup through production to final deliverables. You will take initiative to move tasks forward and have the ability to think strategically about how to best support the team and wider department. Basic Qualifications Experience as a coordinator at a TV network, studio, or production company On-set physical production experience Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) Proficient in using MS Office Preferred Qualifications Customer Service focused with client management skills Work closely with the department head, the production team members as well as internal Studio stakeholders in all aspects of departmental administrative and operational activities and scheduling Common sense, great judgment, and a professional demeanor Passion for attention to detail Understanding of the production processes Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams Experience working with producers, production companies, agents, and other industry players Experience with creating and maintaining schedules for various projects Experience with creating Purchase Orders, Financial Requests, and processing vendor invoices Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment Experience with a variety of digital media workflows and post production International production experience (desirable) Working knowledge of Movie Magic Budgeting Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
