Experteer Overview As a Service Delivery Manager in EY GDS Spain's Cyber Security team, you will lead the delivery and maintenance of TDR managed services for both shared pools and large engagements. You’ll govern operations, tooling, and processes, driving standards and quality. You will nurture client relationships, identify opportunities for EY, and ensure high-quality service aligned with EY methodologies. You’ll coach and develop junior staff and contribute to thought leadership and internal initiatives. This role combines strategy, delivery excellence, and client-centric leadership to scale TDR capabilities. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Provide technical leadership in SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence, EDR and related Threat Framework technologies • Lead large-scale programs delivering operational efficiency and transformation (growth, cost-optimization, sales acceleration) • Leverage ITIL-based managed services approach; strategize transition for large outsourcing TDR deals • Conduct AS-IS assessments, define improvement roadmaps with transformation teams • Prepare solutions, target operating model, and architecture in response to customer requirements/RFP • Review SoW scopes, milestones, pricing teams, governance, RACI, and ensure clarity for engagements • Lead PoC sessions to demonstrate TDR capability and improve winning probability • Deliver TDR support projects across requirements analysis, architecture, design, development, and delivery • Plan and assign project resources, monitor engagement status, and manage client expectations • Demonstrate project management excellence, maintain client-focused service, and align with EY standards • Foster knowledge sharing with clients and internally; contribute to thought leadership and methodologies • Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members; drive quality culture and performance management • Identify opportunities for business growth within engagements and escalate appropriately • Maintain relationships with client management, communicate risks, deliverables, and timelines • Ensure compliance with EY quality standards and service lines; review work for highest quality • Support internal initiatives and drive operational improvements on projects Responsabilidades • 8-12 years of project management experience delivering large-scale projects/programs in a cyber security context • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience managing complex programs • Solid understanding of project governance, change management, and governance frameworks (ITIL knowledge preferred) • Experience delivering cyber security solutions and guiding client requirements across engagements • Two or more relevant certifications (CISSP, GCIH, GMON, GCIA, CISM) • B.Tech./ B.E./BCA/MCA/MSc/BSc/MBA/PGDM/Ph.D. with strong technical skills • Excellent English (verbal and written) • Desirable: PRINCE2 or PMP; interest in process improvement, Agile, and business case development • Experience with TDR-related tools and platforms (hands-on or advisory) Requisitos principales • Hybrid work model • Flexible work-life integration • Well-being programs (psychological support) • Volunteering opportunities • Recognition programs • Tailored training and career development
