COCUNAT is looking for a talented Senior AI Pro Designer to join our CREATIVE Team and become the bridge between our Brand and Performance teams. /p pThis is a hands-on, high-output role for someone who combines a strong creative eye with real fluency in AI creative tools - someone who can turn one idea into dozens of scroll-stopping ads. If you fit the requirements, remember to send your CV together with your portfolio (and any AI-generated work you're proud of). /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and produce high-volume advertising creative - statics and animations - for Meta (Facebook Instagram Ads), TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads, with a target of around 50 ads per day. /li liUse AI creative tools end to end - including a PRO account with Magnific, plus tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, ChatGPT / DALL·E, Freepik, and Photoshop's generative AI - to generate, upscale, retouch, and animate images and video. /li liBuild and maintain repeatable creative "flows": prompt systems, templates, and production pipelines that let us scale ad output without losing quality or brand consistency. /li liMass-produce variations of winning concepts - hooks, angles, formats, backgrounds, and copy - to fuel rapid creative testing. /li liAct as the connection point between the Brand team and the Performance team: translate brand guidelines into conversion-driven creative, and turn performance data and learnings into the next round of iterations. /li liApply typographic, composition, color, and branding criteria to every AI-assisted piece so the output always feels unmistakably COCUNAT. /li liStay ahead of new AI models, tools, and advertising trends, and bring those innovations into our creative process. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liProven senior/lead experience in design for digital advertising, ideally in a DTC / e-commerce brand or a performance-focused marketing agency. /li liStrong command of AI creative tools - Magnific, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, ChatGPT / DALL·E, Freepik and similar - alongside Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects. /li liExpert-level prompting skills and the ability to design reusable, scalable AI workflows rather than one-off pieces. /li liSolid understanding of advertising language, conversion principles, and paid-social best practices. /li liA sharp creative eye and high standards - able to keep taste and brand quality high even at high output volume. /li liComfortable working at speed and scale (able to consistently deliver around 50 ads per day) without sacrificing craft. /li liAble to collaborate across Brand and Performance, and to give and receive constructive feedback. /li liFamiliarity with content trends on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. /li liNative-level Spanish (written and spoken) is essential. /li liAvailable to work on-site from our Barcelona office on a daily basis. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience automating parts of the creative pipeline (e.g. n8n, Zapier, or similar). /li liMotion design and short-form video editing skills. /li liInterest in or experience within the beauty / cosmetics sector. /li /ul h3Why us? /h3 h3Benefits /h3 ul liYou can really make the difference as any good idea can shape the future and the success of the company. /li liExcellent Medical insurance. /li liProduct Discounts. /li liCasual Pet-friendly office environment.
