Join us in this strategic role and Own your impact, Own your development and Own your influence. /ph3What you’ll do /h3ulliTranslate business strategy into HR strategy and priorities. /liliDrive performance and people development across teams. /liliLead organizational effectiveness and change initiatives. /liliManage labour relations processes in Portugal, including negotiations with trade unions and employee representatives, while ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations. /liliCollaborate closely with management, Centres of Expertise and HR services teams; contribute to global HR strategy discussions; take ownership of country-level HR projects and initiatives. /liliChampion the full employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to engagement, development, and off‑boarding—ensuring strong people practices across the organization. /li /ulpTravel requirement: the role requires approximately 50% travel to production facilities in Portugal, with frequent visits to the Portuguese plants to support business operations, collaborate with local teams, and ensure close alignment across sites. /ph3Who we’re looking for /h3pWe’re looking for someone who is energetic, responsible, accountable and ready to Own this role. A confident and credible professional who can partner with senior stakeholders and inspire trust through actions.
