What You’ll Do • Handle inbound reservation calls in German, • Support customers with bookings, changes, and travel-related inquiries, • Deliver high-quality customer service with a sales-oriented approach, • Create smooth and positive guest experiences throughout every interaction What We’re Looking For • Native or C2 level of German, • Advanced English, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset, • Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or tourism is a plus, • Residency in Málaga or nearby areas preferred What We Offer • Permanent full-time contract, • 39h/week schedule, • Rotating shifts Monday to Sunday, • €21,500 gross annual salary, • €1,500 sign-on bonus, • Paid on-site training, • Career development opportunities within an international environment, • Modern offices located in Málaga city center, • Start date: ASAP Why Foundever™?
