CAMARERO/A – TURNO DE DÍA – CHEAT PUENTE ROMANO Buscamos camarero/a para incorporación inmediata en nuestro local en Puente Romano, Marbella. ⚠️ IMPRESCINDIBLE HABLAR INGLÉS Y ESPAÑOL FLUIDO. Sin inglés no se considerarán candidaturas para puesto de camarero/a. Las personas sin nivel de inglés únicamente podrán optar a puestos de runner/apoyo. Estamos buscando personas rápidas, responsables, con buena actitud y que realmente sepan trabajar en equipo. Buscamos gente con energía, buena presencia y trato excelente al cliente. Horario Turno de día (rotativo según temporada y necesidades del servicio): • 10:00 – 18:00, • 11:00 – 19:00, • 12:00 – 20:00 Requisitos • Experiencia previa como camarero/a, • Manejo de bandeja imprescindible, • Experiencia en barra y servicio de sala, • Manejo de TPV / sistemas de punto de venta, • Inglés y español fluidos (obligatorio, sin excepción), • Persona organizada, rápida y resolutiva, • Buena actitud y disposición para trabajar, • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión, • Perfil amable y profesional con clientes y compañeros Funciones • Atención al cliente en sala y barra, • Servicio de bebidas y comida, • Cobro y manejo de caja, • Preparación y empaquetado de pedidos, • Apertura y cierre del local, • Limpieza y mantenimiento de estaciones, • Recepción de pedidos, • Reposición y apoyo operativo general Aquí todos trabajamos en equipo. Buscamos personas implicadas, no gente que venga solo a “cumplir horas”. Condiciones • Jornada completa – 40 horas semanales, • 2 días libres, • Contrato fijo-discontinuo, • Incorporación inmediata, • Salario desde 1.600€ netos + bonus temporada alta, • Ingresos reales aproximados en verano: 1.800€ netos/mes o más según desempeño, • Posibilidad real de continuidad todo el año, • Oportunidad de crecimiento dentro de la empresa Si entras al equipo y rindes bien durante temporada, apostamos por continuidad y estabilidad anual. WAITER / WAITRESS – DAY SHIFT – CHEAT PUENTE ROMANO We are looking for a waiter/waitress for immediate hire at our venue in Puente Romano, Marbella. ⚠️ FLUENT ENGLISH AND SPANISH ARE MANDATORY. Applicants without English will not be considered for waiter/waitress positions. Candidates without English may only be considered for runner/support positions within the company. We are looking for fast, responsible, positive people who genuinely know how to work as part of a team. Good energy, professional appearance, and excellent customer service are essential. Schedule Day shift (rotating depending on season and service needs): • 10:00 – 18:00, • 11:00 – 19:00, • 12:00 – 20:00 Requirements • Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, • Tray carrying experience is essential, • Experience in both bar and floor service, • Experience using POS systems, • Fluent English and Spanish (mandatory, no exceptions), • Organized, fast, and solution-oriented, • Positive attitude and strong work ethic, • Ability to work under pressure, • Friendly and professional with both clients and team members Responsibilities • Customer service in floor and bar areas, • Food and drink service, • Cash handling and POS use, • Preparing and packaging takeaway orders, • Opening and closing duties, • Cleaning and maintaining stations, • Receiving deliveries/orders, • Restocking and general operational support Everyone works as a team here.
